Central Coast Tenants’ Advice & Advocacy Service (CCTAAS) is a free service. We strive to ensure that the rights of all Central Coast tenants are met under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (RTA 2010) and related legislation.
How We Help
CCTAAS ensures that priority is given to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in the community.
We can give you answers to questions such as:
- What do I need to know when I am starting a tenancy?
- Can I break my lease?
- Can the landlord evict me?
- How do I get repairs done?
- Can I object to a rent increase?
- How secure am I in a Residential Park?
